With so many new faces at the market, we have a couple of friendly reminders 😊

🍓Do bring reusable bags and a water bottle. There are water bottle filling stations near the splash pad and at Riverdale Farm.
🍓Most vendors accept cards, but it's always good to bring cash.
🍓Show our musicians some love and leave a tip.
🍓We love our furry friends! Make sure they're on leash in the market
🍓While park goers can drink alcohol in Riverdale West Park as part of the City of Toronto's Alcohol in Parks program, please do not consume alcoholic beverages in the Cabbagetown Farmers Market space.

🎶 It’s Public Markets Week, ! The Cabbagetown Farmers Market is celebrating with in partnership with marketcityTO and funded by the City of Toronto’s Economic Development and Culture Division.

👚Rueneau is bringing Toronto-designed and sewn clothing to the market! They use the best natural fabrics to create pieces that are flattering, chic and comfortable.

🍓 It's our favourite time of the year! Strawberry season. will have lots of your favourite berries at the market on Tuesday.

Public Markets Week 2026 is just around the corner!🌱 From June 6 - 13, folks from across Toronto will be participating in fun activities to celebrate local markets. On Tuesday, June 9, we're excited to have perform at the market! They are a psychedelic blues and funk band from Toronto, drawing inspiration from legends like Buddy Guy, Freddie King, and Jimi Hendrix. Catch them at the market on September 30, bringing a vibrant fusion of Jazz, Soul, R&B, Rock, and Funk 🎶
