It's hard to believe that the FALL season is quickly approaching which means some summer favourites won’t be available for too much longer.

Now that this seasoning packet is back.
I made this super easy Beef & Broccoli Pasta!

1 lb lean ground beef
Epicure Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry seasoning package
2 c uncooked small pasta shells
4 c broccoli
SPG seasoning

Cook pasta and save at least a cups
worth of the pasta water.

Cook ground beef with seasoning packet.
After gr beef cooked. I added few tbs of Soya Sauce with 1 cup of the pasta water. Or more if want it saucier.
Added in the cooked pasta and broccoli.
Season with SPG to taste.
**side note - I didn't have enough broccoli so I added 2 cubes frozen spinach as well.
