• Unlimited forage including seasonal insects, worms, small rodents and even snakes sometimes

She's here!

Earlier this week we welcomed the newest addition to the family and farm! She was born in the safety and comfort of our home with the help of some truly wonderful people. We are so grateful for her safe delivery and health. We will be hibernating as a family until further notice. See everyone in the spring!

Last year we planted a bed of peppers and grew one single pepper, what a disappointment! We are new to growing in the North and didn't plan accordingly. This year we learned from last year's mistakes and tried some new things and wow did we see a difference! We chose to use our pepper crop for personal use this year and have squirreled away many jars of candied hot peppers for the winter. NEXT YEAR we will be leveling up our pepper growing game even more and planing on offering Commanda grown peppers for sale!
