Lettuce mix has been hit or miss for us this year.

We had one planting that had all the seeds washed away from all that rain we got in the spring. We've had a couple plantings rot from all the rain too!

BUt our lettuce mix is having a comeback and we will have lots of really beautiful lettuce mix available at North Bay Farmers' Market tomorrow!

We will have these available Friday night at the Commanda Museum market and Saturday North Bay Farmers' Market . Shredding up a big bowl of seconds zucchini for winter use.

Couldn't be easier.
•wash
• shred
• pack into freezer bags
• when ready to use just thaw and drain excess liquid

We use the thawed and drained zucchini for pasta and fritters all winter long.

If anyone is looking for bulk zucchini we have lots!
