For all you maneaters, I mean meat-eaters, here is a delicious and simple recipe with some of BC’s best ingredients!

Hopcott Farms Beef Short Ribs, Black Pepper & Sweet Soy
~ Sườn Bò Nướng

Prep time: 20 min
Cook time: 16 min
Serves: 2-4 people

Ingredients:
2 x 0.5kg Beef Short Ribs, high marble, English Cut
4 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Caribbean Jerk Spice
3 tsp Black Pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, minced
3 sprigs Vietnamese mint (rau ram)
3 sprigs of Thai basil (rau que)
¼ bunch of cilantro (ngo)
1 birds eye chilli, sliced
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
2 tbsp Unsalted Butter

Best paired with x 3336 Lager and siblings & friends who are willing to model 🫶🏼
