Casualty is a home-based vegan baking business run by Carissa Thorpe in Vancouver, BC. Delivery available in Vancouver and surrounding areas (from Squamish to Abbotsford). The goal is to one day evolve into either a food truck or bakery before expanding into a full-scale restaurant as part of a grand plan that will also includes an organic farm that supplies much of the food for the restaurant. th the restaurant and farm will help support an animal sanctuary and education centre, which will be the permanent home of Carissa's other venture, Vegan Summer Camp. The location may change in the future, but the dream right now is for both to be located in Squamish, BC.
