Braised chuck roast
How to get this results?…..
Season and sear a 3–4 lb chuck roast until deeply browned. Remove, then cook onion, carrot, celery, and garlic in the same pot. Add tomato paste, deglaze with red wine, then pour in beef stock with rosemary, thyme, and bay leaves.

Return the roast, cover, and braise at 300°F for 3.5–4 hours until fork-tender. Rest briefly, then slice and serve with the braising juices spooned over top.
Trust me you’ll love this and it’s a very inexpensive cut 😊

I get asked many times how should some meats be cooked and I decided to maybe use AI to our advantage and show what in my opinion would be a perfectly cooked piece of meat.
in this case were showcasing a lamb noissette considering Easter it’s just a few days away, noissette is a boneless lamb loin and it’s best if cooked at medium rare high temperature first and then low in the oven at around 275F with an internal temperature of 127F.
