6) Tom Yum(chicken/prawn)-Hot and sour with prawn,galanga,lemon grass,lime leaves, lime juice,mushroom.
7) Tom kah Gai(chicken)-Hot and sour with chicken in coconut milk,galanga,lemon grass,lime leaves and mushroom.
8) Tom Jud Woon Sen Moo Sab(minced pork with egg tofu and vermicelli soup)

9) Red Curry(chicken/pork)-Red curry paste with choice of meat,coconut milk, bamboo shoot or sour bamboo,basil leaf.
10) Green Curry(chicken/pork/prawn)-green curry paste with choice of meat,coconut milk,Thai eggplant,basil leaf.
11) Pa Naeng Curry(pork/chicken)-Thick Pa Naeng curry paste with coconut milk,Kaffir lime leaf.

Cooking Rate: maximum 5 menus,at least(or more)3 hours for preparation and cooking=20$ per hour
Cooking and Service Rate: maximum 5 menus, start from preparation until the end of the event=15$per hour/person
