Suya, is a shish kebab like food popular in West Africa, originally from the Hausa people of northern Nigeria and Niger. Suya is generally made with skewered beef, fish, chicken, turkey, tofu and vegetables or any other preferred way you choose to use it. The Preferred food is rubbed-in with My signature AFROSPICE, a dry spice mix containing some West African Tropical spices, powdered Nuts, cayenn

e, paprika and other spices (all made in Canada), then barbecued. Suya is often served with a further serving of additional mild or hot AFROSPICE and sliced onions, depends on individual preferences. 'SUYA', BETTER AND HEALTHIER THAN 'HOTDOGS'. In Ghana, suya is also known by the name chichinga. Suya has proved to be an extremely popular evening snack sold by many roadside vendors and restaurants in many West African cities with a Hausa population. A same type of food is known in Sudan called Agashe.

Imagen a community organizer who works with police and books police as part of their planning to protect the community and come together being hospitalized and forced to defend themselves against an assault from their own University! We are calling on Simon Fraser University to do better and hold all officers accountable as this is not right! Alumnis should have the right to feel safe in their university as it's a prideful accomplishment for one to be a Graduate and a very expensive undertaken. Not only did this Scientist leave their family in Toronto behind at the age of 17. They would choose to invest their entire Scholarship funds, while telling the Coaches that they committed to that they can spend some of their other funds on other athletes within being there to help build a community that seems to only care about themselves and taking from a black investor without being able to offer resources to support them in their time of vulnerability! This is wrong and we're glad many are speaking out!
