We make Natto, Miso, Amazake and more...! So what's great about Tama? Other than the great family at Tama, we are all about being a part of the organic community as a whole. The concept of 'Tama' is of 'oneness in both peace and health' where people can live harmoniously with others as well as their part in nature. And so we support our dedicated LOCAL organic farmers and we bring their flavourful
foods straight to you (seasonal)! Many of our foods we carry are inspired by the Macrobiotic diet or Oriental food culture (ie. 3 year old miso, Raw soy sauce, Natto, Brown Rice, fresh Daikon with leaves and more!). Some foods may be new to you, but be adventurous and give it a try or better yet, ask us and we are more than happy to help you find a way to eat it! At Tama, we are passionate about sharing a healthy life through organic foods and gaining a greater appreciation for where it comes from, nature.
