It’s popsicle season for some of us in Canada. The last slide is my recipe. I’ll get it on the website at some point. There’s lime coconut with macadamia nuts, you can also use cashews. Or the second slide is passionfruit puree, again with coconut milk, macadamia nuts, and then once I poured the mixture into the mold, I just add a little bit of date syrup that I guess sunk down and created this really beautiful/wacky/wild/weird pattern.
They are delicious. Also, it’s really hard to take photos of popsicles because they start melting as soon as the air hits them. Mad props to all the professional food photographers out there who deal with us on a daily basis.
