I’m beyond proud to share that Island Heat Regular Hot Sauce just won 1st place (mustard category) at this year’s Royal Agricultural Winter Fair Hot Sauce Competition! 🏆

What started as a homemade recipe dedicated to my Grandmother (Albertha Thomas Edey) and inspired by my roots and love for real flavor has officially been crowned the best!!

Big news! 🌶 On its very first reveal, our newest Sweet Ginger Heat hot sauce just took 3rd place at Toronto’s Royal Winter Agricultural Fair 2025! 🏆🔥

This one is dedicated to my late mother-in-law,
Evelyn Amalda Ambris (1943–2024).

I first created this flavor after returning from a lengthy visit to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in 2024.

My mother-in-law had been bravely living with dementia for many years, and sadly, she had taken a turn.
Only hours after we arrived, my husband — her only son — held her as she peacefully went to her eternal rest.

This sauce carries her island spirit, warmth, and strength.
Every drop is made with love and in her memory. ❤️
