About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Meat Cutter / Experienced Meat Cutter to join our team. This role plays an important part in maintaining efficient, organized, and high-quality production throughout the cut floor while helping lead the team in a positive, culture-focused manner.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in full carcass breakdown, understands production flow in a fast-paced processing environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality cuts while maintaining strong food safety and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Break beef off the rail efficiently and accurately
- Complete full breakdown of pork, lamb, and poultry
- Follow cut sheets accurately to customer specifications
- Maintain organized, safe, and efficient production lines
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Support smooth production flow and minimize downtime
- Lead by example through professionalism and teamwork
- Assist with training and supporting team members as needed
- Maintain respectful and professional workplace communication

- Experience in full carcass breakdown and commercial meat cutting
- Strong understanding of production flow and processing environments
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Compensation & Opportunities
$25–$30/hr depending on experience and qualifications
