Getting these potatoes in the ground is always a better late than never task. We had a busy weekend last week as Maggie participated in a boccia tournament, and won a bronze metal, and then the rain. But my poppies survived the weather. This is the most poppy flowers we have had.

From harvest last fall, these beauty purple dragon carrots are back in the ground to produce seed. We store the carrots in our cool bot cooler over the winter. A few weeks ago, they started growing roots and shoots, and now they are back in the ground and covered to prevent the critters from nibbling them while they establish.
