⚠️Community Alert: Potential Covid-19 Exposure at Q***r & Trans Farmers' Market

We have been alerted to several folks in the q***r & trans community testing positive for Covid-19 in the past few days, including some who may have been present at the Q***r and Trans Farmers' Market on Saturday.

As you make your plans for Pride this week, please monitor yourself or any symptoms of illness, including:

- Sore throat
- Fever or chills
- Fatigue
- Cough

Ways to keep yourself and community safe:
Test before going out, wear a mask, and stay home if you are sick! Many pharmacies have free rapid tests and you can also request free tests and masks from our comrades at

📢We're having a Raffle!

The proceeds of which will go towards supporting the QTFM and continued q***r programs at .

All of the prizes have been donated by local businesses. Assembled into prize packages, the average $ value of a prize package is $440!! Wow!

you can enter as many times as you like for any given prize package, and do not need to be present during the draw to claim your prize! Winners will be notified after the Market :)

Join us in the Lavender patch for a full day of activities under the Garry Oaks! All are welcome in this family focused area that encourages intergenerational connection and joy. Here you can vibe to the music, make a craft, play in our children's area, lounge on the grass. It includes...

🍭The Family Tent - Organized by Gender Spectacular with support from , we will have family and child friendly activities throughout the day. We have snacks, shade, chairs for baby feeding, and a pack-n-play activity. Check out the Lavender Stage for Drag Storytime and a reading of Pride Puppy! Don't miss picking up a Pride Puppy scavenger hunt!

🎨The Art Tent - Join us at the Art Tent and get creative! We have art activities for all ages. Make yourself a button and collage, work on the community QTFM mural, and get your face painted between 11:30am-12:30pm! Made possible by the financial support of the Saanich Legacy Foundation.
