I just want to reach out and say thankyou for your patience as I figure out what is causing this migraine which has improved. I should be back in the store tomorrow barring any more last minute appointments.

For those of you that pop in and chat, you know I deal with migraines. I have been in hospital with a severe migraine these past few days.
Hopefully the treatment I'm receiving right now will have the desired effects and I will be ready for all of you tomorrow .

Happy Saturday!

Hope everyone had a great valentines day, even though it is still crazy cold out there.

With the increased tariff threats and the resurgence to shop Canadian, I want to let you know that Common Sense Remedies has ALWAYS been a Canadian product first place to shop. We believe that local is better and will continue to do our best to offer the very finest supplements and remedies that are made right here north of the border. Our essential oil line is from Alberta, the soap line is from Claresholm, The supplement lines are all across the country from BC to the east coast. There are some that we carry that are US based but they amount to a very minimal amount and only because they are unique formulations that are tried and true. And might I add, yours truly and family are all Alberta born and raised. :)

Today is flag day.... I remember when Canada adopted the Maple Leaf and it is family day long weekend. Lets take some time to be happy that we are Canadian and will always be.

We will be closed on Monday, have a great long weekend and see you all on Tuesday.

Wow! already 2 weeks into this new year! Crazy how time just disappears.
How are your resolutions holding up? I don't make any. Hahahah, I try to just keep building on momentum and not getting too caught up when I stumble here and there. Having said all that, I just wanted to remind everyone that this little health food store is going to celebrate 9 years in this community come February. Time just flew for that. I LOVE what I do and I try to pass that passion for good health along to everyone.
We are still growing bit by bit, still super picky about what products sits on those shelves and still doing my best to keep up the education to make sure I can properly assist you in making the correct choice for You!
