With our restructuring, we now have more availability for slaughters and emergency slaughters! We are also able to do mobile butchering of pork & sheep, as well as adding wild game processing!
We have spots available through April and the beginning of May before we’re completely booked until July. Make sure to contact us to book a spot to have a full freezer for the up coming BBQ season!

Thank you everyone for your kind words!! Was definitely a very hard and emotional decision to make!
I apologize if it takes a bit for me to get to your orders. I’m replying to messages in the order I’ve received them, and will fill orders accordingly. We will give priority to those with gift certificates to use up.
Note: we are completely sold out of ground beef and 1/4lb patties. I’ll try my best to keep our website updated as we sell out of products.

Important post to all our retail customers!! Please read!

This is a very hard post to make. Over the past 4.5 years we’ve worked really hard to offer our own quality beef directly to our local community and we can’t express our gratitude enough to everyone that supported us over the years!

Unfortunately, the current economy, as well as unfeasible government regulations has caused us to make the decision to do some restructuring of Cronkhite Beef Company. We will still be offering quality mobile butcher and emergency slaughter services to area ranchers, as well as selling our own beef by the quarter, half and whole (as we have them available), but we will no longer have retail beef available for purchase and delivery.

We will continue to sell our current stock of retail beef (and deliver as always) and will keep our website updated with what is still available.

We ask that anyone with gift certificates contact us as soon as possible to use them.

We are completely re-stocked with any snack you might need over the holidays! Beef jerky, pepperoni, Farmer’s, Mennonite and Garlic Sausage are all perfect appetizers for any event (or last minute gift ideas). We will be cutting our last beef on Thursday and making deliveries to Milk River, Warner, and Lethbridge all week. Let us know what you need!

It’s getting to be that time of year! 🎄 We’ve had lots of people asking and we are now taking pre-orders for everyone’s favorite Christmas gifts! The boxes will be ready for pickup or delivery the week of December 15-19. There are a limited amount available, so don’t miss out!!
