Well our corn is not quite ready… the smoke and cooler weather slowed it down a bit, however we are expecting it to be ready next week 😁 in the meantime we’ve got lots of other amazing produce at the shack 🧑‍🌾

Squash - spaghetti, kabocha, acorn
Zucchini - green, yellow, pattypan
Beets - red and golden 🫜
Spuds - red and white 🥔
Kale & Chard 🥬
Garlic 🧄
Onions 🧅
Beans
Broccoli 🥦
Cabbage
Kohlrabi
Carrots 🥕
Pickling and field cucumbers 🥒 (and dill)

We are open 7 days a week from 8am-8pm on the honour system

Hi everyone, thought we should probably share an update,

First of all, HUGE shoutout and thank you to the tireless heroes that have been working around the clock to keep our community safe from the fire that has been threatening our area. Thank you to the Hydro crews for getting power restored to the valley.

Our family, animals and farm are safe. Thank you to all the kind folks who checked in and offered help.

The veggie shack is now back open (turns out the gardens had no idea what was going on and just kept doing their thing 😜)

Stay safe folks. Our thoughts are with everyone that is still displaced 🙏

Gardens have been loving the sun ☀️ and we’ve got lots of homegrown produce available at the Veggie Shack 👨‍🌾

We are open all weekend long from 8am to 8pm on the honour system. Our veggies are fresh picked every day and are not washed or processed, straight from the field to the shack 🌱 ☀️ 🪏

We’ve got a great variety of produce available including:

Red and white potatoes 🥔
Garlic 🧄
Onions 🧅
Green and yellow zucchini 🥒
Kohlrabi 🌱
Lettuce, Chard and Kale 🥬
Green and Yellow Beans 🌱
Red and Gold Beets 🫜
Carrots 🥕

Exciting news! The Veggie Shack is now officially open for the season! ☀️ 👨‍🌾 🌱

We’ve got lots of fresh homegrown produce available in the coolers including:

🥬 Kale & Swiss Chard
🧄 Fresh Garlic and Garlic Scapes
🥕 Carrots
🫜 Red & Golden Beets
🥔 Red & White baby Potatoes
🥒 Green & Yellow Zucchini
🧅 Green Onions
🌱 Kohlrabi

Farm Fresh Eggs 🍳 🐓
