These Spring charcuterie nests come together with just a few festive ingredients and a whole lot of spring charm. A fun, simple recipe that makes any table instantly adorable! 🧺🐣

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Crumple 6 small foil balls and lightly grease the outside.
2️⃣ Roll out the crescent dough, press seams together, and cut into strips (around 10)
3️⃣ Wrap dough strips loosely around each foil ball, building up the sides to about halfway. Use smaller pieces of dough to fill in and form the base of the nest. Place on the baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
4️⃣ Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool, then gently remove the foil centers.
5️⃣ Fill each nest with walnuts, cheese, Piller’s Charcuterie Collection, fruit, and finish with mini eggs and fresh herbs.

Build the perfect St. Paddy’s charcuterie board by layering lots of green goodies and topping it all off with a touch of gold. A mix of hues, textures, and festive fun makes every bite feel magical! 🌈🍀

Steps to make:
1️⃣ Start by arranging Piller’s Charcuterie Collection on a large board. Fold the prosciutto into ribbons and layer the salami.
2️⃣ Place the herb goat’s cheese on the board, either sliced or left whole with a small knife for serving.
3️⃣ Add cucumber slices, green grapes, apple slices, kiwi, and green olives around the meats and cheese to build out the green and white theme.
4️⃣ Scatter chocolate pretzels and white chocolate pieces throughout the board for a sweet contrast.
5️⃣ Tuck in chocolate gold coins for a festive “pot of gold” touch.
6️⃣ Finish by sprinkling pistachios and adding small sprigs of fresh dill to fill in any empty spaces and make the board look full and effortless.

Sweet, savoury, crispy perfection in every bite 🤍✨
Make the easiest little appetizer cups using Piller’s Prosciutto - they are always a hit!

How to make them:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Lay 6-8 Piller’s prosciutto slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8–12 minutes, until crispy and golden. Let cool (it crisps more as it cools!), then chop.
3️⃣ Place pre cooked mini phyllo or pastry cups (24 mini) on a baking tray. Add ½ tsp fig jam and a small cube of brie to each.
4️⃣ Bake for 5–7 minutes, just until the brie is soft and melty.
5️⃣ Toss the chopped crispy prosciutto with fresh thyme and sprinkle generously over each cup.

That’s it. Elegant, flavour-packed, and so easy to throw together for guests.🍯🧀🌿
