Behind every great cut is a team that’s always learning!
We’re excited to welcome Chris from Olds, Alberta back to Quill Creek for a week of learning. Over the years, Chris has been a valued mentor, bringing decades of experience, fresh ideas, and a sharp eye for efficiency to our production and butchery team.

From refining cutting techniques and sharing new recipes to improving workflow and exploring better ways of doing things, it’s always a privilege to learn from someone so passionate about the craft.

At Quill Creek, we believe there’s always room to grow. Investing in our people, sharpening our skills, and embracing new ideas helps us continue producing the premium-quality products our customers know and trust.

Doug’s out cutting hay, the sun is shining, and after a very wet season, it’s good to be back in the saddle. We’re grateful for the rain that helped these pastures thrive, and now it’s time to harvest the feed that will nourish our bison through the seasons ahead🌱🦬🌱🌱
These tall, healthy grasses are where premium protein begins. Every bale we put up is part of the care that goes into raising our animals and producing wholesome, local food for our community.

We’re excited to be supplying our bison jumbo hot dogs to Wolf Willow Winery & Campground again this season! Whether you’re stopping by the winery for a sip 🍷bite 🌭🍕or picking up a pack to enjoy back at your campsite, we’ve got your summer fuel covered.
