🇿🇦 Lekker potjie plans for the weekend 🇿🇦

I just love lamb neck. Proper flavour, slow-cooked, fall-apart goodness. I was paging through a potjie recipe book and came across this lamb neck flavour and thought, ja no, this one needs to be shared.

So I’ve put the recipe up on The South African Shop, and this weekend we’re doing lamb neck slider potjie. That part is decided.

Plan is simple:
✔️ dust off the potjie
✔️ get everything ready
❓ figure out where to actually get the lamb neck (because we don’t have that part yet 😅)
