Ribeye vs Striploin — what’s the real difference? 🥩🔥

RIBEYE
Rich, juicy, and full of flavor. Ribeye comes from the rib section and is beautifully marbled with fat, which melts as it cooks for that tender, buttery bite. If you love a steak that’s forgiving on the grill and packed with bold flavour… this is your go-to.

STRIPLOIN
Lean, classic, and steakhouse iconic. Cut from the short loin, striploin has a firmer texture with a strip of fat along the edge that adds flavour without too much richness. It’s a great choice if you want a balance of tenderness and a clean, beefy bite.
