Big Fred’s Wild Cuts
Fred Tucker has been cutting meat for Newfoundlanders for more that 40 years, at Sobey’s, as well in his own shop for many years in St. Philip’s. Fred retired in 2016, and moved to his dream home in the Ocean Pond area, and discovered that he missed his work, preparing meats for family meals. He decided that he would re-open his meat-cutting room near his home. Fred is renowned for his cleanliness, and attention to detail, friendly service, fine cuts, and flavourful sausages.
