Snging in community, where songs are shared through repetition, and sung together for joy, for wellness, for resistance, for grief, for collective care, and connection.

A tradition that reconnects us to something ancient, a thread throughout all of our lineages, woven into the very fabric of our human existence for thousands of years.

It just fills my heart in a way that almost can't be contained.

Six hours in the woods that felt like two or three at most.

But time doesn't really exist. Not here, anyway.

But for the shift from day to night, growth and decay, water flowing, eroding riverbanks.
