Due to an unexpected family situation, the Winnipeg Beach Farmers Market will be closed on Sunday, May 24, 2026.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our vendors, customers, and supporters. This was not a decision we made lightly, and we appreciate your understanding during this time.

✅ The market in Gimli is OPEN as scheduled on Sunday, May 24 from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM!

We encourage everyone to stop in Sunday to support our amazing local vendors, shop local, grab some treats, and enjoy everything the New Iceland Farmers Market has to offer.

What a weekend! ❄️🌬️☃️
Cold, windy, snowy… but absolutely AMAZING.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our incredible vendors who braved the weather and helped make the Indigenous Market Weekend at the Winnipeg Beach Farmers Market such a success. ❤️
You all showed up with smiles, community spirit, and determination, and truly made the weekend so much fun despite Mother Nature trying her best to test us!

And to our amazing community thank you for coming out, supporting local, and showing so much love to our vendors and special guests. We know it was definitely a chilly one, but your support meant the world to everyone there. 💛

Special thank you to our wonderful guests:

🎶 Lisa Bennett from the Gimli Red River Métis Federation for opening and closing our market on Saturday.

🎸 Eddie Fleury: The Métis Man In Black for keeping the music going all day Saturday and bringing such an incredible atmosphere to the market.
