Lemon Yogurt Chiffon
Ingredients :
4 egg yolks
20g sugar
40g vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
80g yoghurt
80g cake flour
4 egg whites
50g sugar

Instructions :

Pour egg yolks and sugar in a bowl. Whisk till sugar dissolves.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.

Fold in sifted flour. Mix till smooth.

In another bowl, whisk the egg whites till frothy.

Add sugar gradually and beat until stiff. Fold in 1/3 of the whites into the yolk mixture till well incorporate. Pour in the remaining egg whites and fold gently till well combine.

Pour into 20 cm chiffon mould. Bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 40 to 45 minutes.

Immediately invert it after removal from the oven. Leave to cool. When the cake is cold, remove from the mould.

Good morning

This Leche Flan!Melts in your mouth!

10Egg Yolks
1Can Condensed Milk
1Can Evaporated Milk
1Tsp.Vanilla Extract
1Cup White Sugar for caramel

Mix condensed milk,evaporated milk and egg yolks slowly to avoid bubbling..
Strain.. 2,3,4,5times or
kung san kayo masaya!😁
Steam for 1hour or until skewer comes out clean..

Tips:Low heat.😊

INGREDIENTS:
250ml (1 cup) milk
7g dry yeast
1 egg
30g (2 tbsp) sugar
450g (3 ¼ cups) flour
1 tsp salt
50g (3 tbsp) butter

Granulated sugar for coating

METHOD:

In a bowl mix together almond milk with sugar, yeast, and egg. Add in flour and salt. Cover for 20 minutes.
Mix in butter and let it rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and divide it into 12 pieces, roll the ends and seal them.
Cover for 15 minutes and fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
Cover with sugar.

cup milk
10 tablespoon butter
4 Eggs
1 1/2 -2 cups sugar
21/4 cups flour
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence

PROCEDURE:

1. Boil milk & butter together until butter is melted.

2. Whisk eggs in a bowl until fluffy for 5 mins, add sugar and whisk until pale yellow and thickened.

3.Sieve flour and baking powder, add to egg mixture and roughly mix. Add vanilla essence. Mix with hand blender.
Add boiled milk, mix well with a spatula.

4.Grease a baking tin and pour batter. Tap and release any air bubbles.

Bake in a preheated oven @180 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown

Rest and let it cool

Serve with sprinkle/dash of icing sugar on top

LEMON LOAF

The list of the ingredients that you’ll need:

3 large eggs.

1+1/2 cups cake flour.

1 cup granulated sugar.

1/3 cup lemon juice.

1/2 cup coconut oil.

2 tbsp butter, softened.

1 tsp lemon extract.

1 tsp vanilla extract.

1 tsp baking powder.

1/2 tsp baking soda.

1/2 tsp salt.

FOR THE LEMON ICING:

You’ll need:

1 cup powdered sugar+1 tbsp.

2 tbsp whole milk.

1/2 tsp lemon extract.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1:

In a medium bowl, I mixed the flour with the baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Step 2:

In a separate bowl, I blend the eggs, white sugar, softened butter, vanilla extract, lemon extract, and lemon juice, using my electric mixer.
Step 3:

I mixed the dry ingredients with the wet ingredient and combined them until soft using a wooden fork.

Step 4:
I stir in the oil, and I blended properly for another few seconds.

Step 5:

I poured the batter into a lightly greased loaf pan.

Step 6:

I baked for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. When a toothpick trapped in the cake’s middle comes out clean, I removed it from the oven.

Step 7:

Meanwhile, I prepared the icing, by combining all the icing ingredients in a small bowl, and beat with an electric mixer at low speed to create the
lemon icing.

Step 8:

I removed the loaf from the pan while it is cooled and frosted the topped with the icing.

Step 9:

Until slicing, I let thermion loaf in the fridge till the icing set in.
