Oh snap!
Someone left the gluten friendly baking machine on all day yesterday!

Two types of gluten friendly biscuits.
Caramelized onion.
And Red pepper and feta (same as last week! SOY FREE)

And we have a mini snackwich in the deli fridge today.
Gluten friendly and soy free biscuit with cucumber, tomatoes, vayonaise and Dijon mustard!

Both these biscuits:
Feta, Dill, Carrot and Kale
Feta, Red pepper and Onion (with oregano and basil)
And the Daiya feta used is SOY FREE!

We also have double chocolate cookies and maple sugar cookies that are also gluten friendly!
