Hubby at the helm boiling sap yesterday. We have fed probably about 900 litres of sap into the evaporator. We have 2-3 more days that the sap will run. I’ll be at the helm this weekend while hubby works and we should have actual syrup by early next week. Maple syrup is certainly a labour of love.
