Good afternoon.
Today, in our finca, our restaurant GOOD EATS - Ale and Big Tom,
We will be serving up some nice ribs and burgers.
They way we do our hamburgers is like this: we go to the butcher and pick out a nice big chunk of meat. Then, we tell they guy to grind it to our specifications. We never buy already ground beef.
Next, we take it home and form it into Patties. No bread crumbs, no egg, no onion, no expanders. Just salt. 100% beef!
Then m, we cook them to medium-well.
After that, we put them on a bun with our own sauce made in house. Add lettuce, tomato, cheese. It’s 200 grams of goodness.
Our Republican burger is the same thing, but we put wads of rib meat on it instead of bacon.
Our side with this is yuca chips. I like them better than French fríes. Everybody does French fries, and they’re not as tasty.
Our ribs are cooked at least 12 hours, tender and juicy. We side that with the Pasta Aleja. Ufff…
We also have grilled chicken breast, but 99.9999 of our customers get the ribs or burgers.

We’re located 6 km down from Armenia heading towards La Tebaida. When you get to the place that sells pools and jacuzzis, right after that is Only Muebles. Right past the furniture store is the entrance to our finca. We’re 800 metros in.
