We have curated three distinct pathways for you to explore the world of fine Costa Rican cacao:
1. Discovering Chocolate Workshop
The ultimate sensory calibration. In this 60-minute session, you will trace the evolution of flavor, tasting cacao at every stage, from the fresh, tropical juice of the fruit to the roasted nibs and our finished single-origin bars. It is the perfect introduction to the complexity of craft chocolate.
2. Chocolate-Making Class
Become the maker. This 2-hour intensive takes you through the full bean-to-bar process. You will roast and grind the beans, master the technical demands of tempering, and mold your own bars using local seasonal inclusions to take home.
3. Bonbon-Making Workshop
For those who seek the peak of artisanal chocolate. This advanced workshop focuses on the artistry of the filled chocolate. Under the guidance of our master chocolatier, you will learn professional molding and decorating techniques to create sophisticated, hand-painted bonbons.
