Ήταν κάπου στο 1980 όταν ο Θεόδωρος Χριστοφόρου με πολύ κόπο και αγάπη δημιούργησε 2 αγροκτήματα με επίκεντρο την ελιά, ποικιλίας κορωνέικης.
Η παράδοση που με μεράκι ξεκίνησε από τον Θεόδωρο, συνεχίζει μέχρι σήμερα.
Τα αγροκτήματα αυτά αποτελούν το 'Το Περβόλι Θεόδωρου' και εντάσσονται στη βιολογική καλλιέργεια.
Στο χώρο προστέθηκαν και άλλα είδη που ευδοκιμούν στην Κύπρο, όπως ροδιές, συκιές κ
αι φραγκοσυκιές (παπουτσοσυκιές) σε αντικατάσταση των δέντρων που χάθηκαν με την πάροδο των ετών.
Το 2017 γίνεται προσθήκη δέντρων από λωτούς, φορμόζες και φρούτα του πάθους. Επίσης έχουν φυτευτεί αρωματικά φυτά. Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο εντάσσεται και η εισαγωγή μελισσιών.
Συνεχόμενη βράβευση του βιολογικού ελαιολάδου μας λόγω ψηλών πολυφαινολών πέραν από του ορίου που θέτει ο ισχυρισμός υγείας της Ε.Ε. Η βράβεθση έγινε από τον Παγκόσμυο Οργανισμό Ελιάς με το Χάλκινο Βραβείο Ολύμπια για τα έτη 2018 και 19.
Το 2019 νέες φυτεύσεις βοτάνων, χαρουπιών και ελιών. In the same space of the farm, other variety of trees which are supported by the Cyprus Mediterranean climate have been added, likewise pomegranates, fig trees and prickly trees. These were used on the replacement for the trees that were lost during time. In the year 2017, there was also the addition of other trees, such us passion fruits, lotuses and damsons, as well as the agriculture of traditional herbs for the production of tea. Furthermore, the accession of beehives was introduced within this context.
