The fourth generation of Gutmann family is now participating in the production of our own charcuterie. Sausages, hams, salami and other specialty meat deli are produced according to family recipes with the addition of the new bloods imagination and technical expertise. Our inherited and academic knowledge in the subject of meat deli and cheese enable us to choose our imported specialities wisely. Cheeses & Charcuterie from France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Greece etc. Pate, Foie Gras and game are also available to complete our impressive range of delicatessen. We curry Oak boards for presentation, knifes and slicers, fondue pots, Raclette machines and gadgets. The tour of our shops continues with fresh bread, fresh sauces, condiments, speciality mustard's, pasta, dried mushrooms and a great variety of truffle products. For extra topping we add our own imports of Bavarian beers, German & Italian cakes, biscuits and chocolates and a considerable variety of wines and eau de vies. Using our guidance and considering their budget, our customers can choose among all our products to create customized humpers, presents and corporate gifts. To a fine epilogue, a customer can order to take home or for their event’s needs, our made to order cheese and charcuterie platters, variety of freshly made food such as German Pork Roast, Roast Beef and Briskets, oven Haxen (Roasted Pork Knuckle) and of course our Gammon
