With deep gratitude, we thank our long-standing friend and partner Sven Elverfeld for decades of trust, loyalty and shared passion.
As the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Aqua closes its doors, we look back in admiration at a culinary career that has shaped Germany’s fine dining scene tremendously.

For many years, Sven has been a cherished partner and a true friend of Imperial Caviar. Working alongside him, witnessing his uncompromising pursuit of perfection and his quiet precision, has been both an honour and an inspiration.

The Beluga Almas caviar, among the most exclusive in the world, is cherished for its pale white hue and exceptionally refined taste—elegantly mild, yet deeply complex, with a silken texture that melts on the tongue.
