Recipes for a life sweetened by glucose 😋🍓

Coconut Vanilla Panna Cotta with Strawberry Sauce 🥥🌿
Serves 4

Panna Cotta:
🟢 1 vanilla pod
🟢 200 ml plant-based cream
🟢 400 ml coconut milk
🟢 2 tbsp dextrose
🟢 1 heaped tsp agar agar

Strawberry Sauce:
🟢 150 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
🟢 1–2 tsp dextrose
🟢 1 dash lemon juice

Instructions:
1️⃣ Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
2️⃣ In a saucepan, bring cream, coconut milk, vanilla seeds, agar agar, and dextrose to a boil while stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
3️⃣ Pour into four glasses, let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
4️⃣ For the sauce, puree strawberries with dextrose and lemon juice. Heat briefly if desired, allow to cool, and spoon over the panna cotta.

✨ Tip: If strawberries aren’t well tolerated, replace them with a small amount of rhubarb – depending on your tolerance.

Cottage Cheese & Herb Chips – the savory snack without fructose! 🌿🧀

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside – these quick cottage cheese chips are perfect for a protein-rich, easily digestible treat.
Whether as meal prep, a side dish, or a cold snack – they’re always a hit! 😍

Here’s how:
👉 Preheat the oven to 250 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
👉 Mix 200 g cottage cheese with herbs, 50 g diced tomatoes, 50 g whole-wheat flour, fresh parsley, a pinch of salt, and a little water to form a dough.
👉 Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the tray.
👉 Bake on the middle rack until golden, then flip and bake until both sides are crisp. ✨

We all know it: living with food intolerances often means giving up on many sweet treats.
To make sure you can still enjoy indulgent desserts without worry, we regularly share new, low-fructose basic recipes.

Lemon Creamed Cheese Cake 🍋🍰

Base:
🟢 150 g Tom & Krissi’s Sand Cookies
🟢 125 g butter

Filling:
🟢 200 g cream cheese
🟢 75 ml lemon juice
🟢 75 g dextrose
🟢 500 g cold whipped cream
🟢 3 packets quick-set gelatine

Glaze:
🟢 1 packet sugar-free clear cake glaze
🟢 3 tbsp dextrose
🟢 150 ml water
🟢 100 ml lemon juice

Instructions:
1️⃣ Place the cookies in a freezer bag and crush into fine crumbs. Melt the butter, mix with the crumbs, press into a springform pan and chill for at least 20 minutes.
2️⃣ Whisk cream cheese, lemon juice and dextrose until smooth. Whip the cream together with the gelatine until stiff, then fold into the cream cheese mixture in two batches. Spread evenly over the base.
3️⃣ Prepare the glaze with dextrose, water and lemon juice according to the packet instructions. Let it cool slightly, then pour over the filling.
4️⃣ Drag a fork gently through the glaze to create a marbled effect. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Let’s be honest: Living with food intolerances often means missing out on the sweet things in life.
But that doesn’t have to be the case! We regularly share simple, fructose-free or low-fructose recipes – so you can enjoy treats again without worry.

🍫 Creamy Chocolate Pudding (makes approx. 6 servings):
🟢 750 ml milk
🟢 3 tablespoons dextrose
🟢 3-4 tablespoons cocoa powder
🟢 Dextrose (to taste)

In a saucepan, whisk together milk, cocoa powder, and dextrose.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Sweeten to taste, let cool briefly, and pour into serving bowls.
⏳ Chill in the fridge – the pudding will set after 2 to 3 hours.
