I am a expat living in the Dominican Republic and love to cook. I love buying farm fresh vegetables, but lately, the supermarkets and vege trucks don't have the freshness I desire. Added to the fact that every time I went to buy from the trucks, they would alter their prices because I am a gringo.....
So I took up buying and selling farm fresh vegetables....

I take the utmost care when selecting

produce, and when transporting the produce as well....I watch how the Dominicans buy and treat their veges, and its no wonder nothing lasts long....They like to throw everything around without any care whatsoever.....I also transport my veges in a refrigerated truck, keeping the freshness and nutrition at its peak....

When choosing produce I also look for the best of the best. I don't just buy anything just to have it, if I won't eat it I won't buy it. So there you have it, The VegeMan is the place to get the best quality, and the freshest veges on the north coast of the DR.
