Learning with lambs! 🐑💚

Last week, we welcomed four Veterinary Medicine students from Universidad de las Américas .udla for their pre-professional internships at Verde Oveja.

It was a very special week to have them with us, as we welcomed several newborn lambs! 🐑✨ They supported our team with the lambs, assisted the mothers during birth, and helped with registrations and daily care.

Thank you to these wonderful students for their enthusiasm, dedication, and willingness to learn. And thank you to for helping develop such passionate and well-prepared veterinary professionals. 💚

La semana pasada recibimos a cuatro estudiantes de Medicina Veterinaria de la Universidad de las Américas (UDLA) para realizar sus prácticas preprofesionales en Verde Oveja.

Fue una semana muy especial para compartir con ellas, ya que coincidió con la llegada de varios corderitos. 🐑✨ Nos apoyaron con los recién nacidos, acompañaron a las madres durante los partos y colaboraron con los registros y el cuidado diario.

Gracias a estas excelentes estudiantes por su entusiasmo, dedicación y ganas de aprender. Y gracias a la UDLA por formar profesionales veterinarios tan apasionados y preparados. 💚🐑

A few months ago, 23-year-old Jean Pierre Cerbellón from Quiroga joined our cheesemaking team. Although he had no previous experience in dairy production, he has impressed us with his leadership, commitment to learning, and positive attitude.

His enthusiasm and charisma make every day in the creamery a little brighter, and he has become a valued member of our team.

This is what Verde Oveja is all about—creating opportunities for young people who want to build a better future by providing training, meaningful work, and the chance to develop new skills.
