This is the one-man mission of a Hungarian guy living in the beautiful Umdloti, South Africa. I have a passion for food, I enjoy eating (which is not big news of course) but I also enjoy making food. This is what I would like to share with the world, recipes from my mom, my dad, my sister and pretty much from my entire family. I also stared a small business here in South Africa under the same name

where I make Hungarian style sausages that I sell to butcheries and also sell at the markets in and around Durban, fried and served in a baguette with some delicious condiments. Despite working 16 hours the past four days at Suur Tallinna Toidutänav I just had to cook one of my favorite dishes from Hungary: székelykáposzta, which is a sauerkraut-based pork stew. Served with creamy cold sour cream, and a slice of delicious bread I instantly felt in heaven (and at home with my parents, which is practically the same thing 🙂)

Tallinn Lauluväljakul Toidunävade korraldatava ürituse raames oleme avatud:
- Reedel, 22. mail kell 14-23
- Laupäeval, 23. mail kell 12-22
- Pühapäeval, 24. mail kell 12-22

Meil on menüüs nelja tüüpi langosid:
- Klassikaline hapukoore ja juustuga
- Letso
- Peekoni ja sibulaga
- Churrode stiilis

Ootame teid kõiki üritusele.

🇬🇧The Hungry Hungarian will be selling langos, Hungary’s favorite street food at the Tallinn Food Festival.

Part of the event organized by Toidutanävad at Tallinn Lauluväljak we will be open:
- Friday, 22nd of May from 14-23
- Saturday, 23rd of May from 12-22
- Sunday, 24th of May from 12-22

We have four kind of langos on the menu:
- The classic sour cream & cheese
- Letso
- Bacon & onion
- Churros style

We are looking forward to see you all at the event.

Olen tagasi juunis tavapäraselt maitsva Ungari guljaššsupiga.🇬🇧Dear clients I won’t be open in May because I am doing food festivals in Keila and Tallinn. Visit me there to try Hungary’s favorite street food: lángos.I will be back in June with the usual delicious Hungarian goulash soup.
