About Elmotawakel Company: -
A group of people interested in the manufacture and distribution of dates started their activities in the Egyptian market in 1977 and the dream they placed in front of them as owners of inherited experience in this field was to have a great name and a distinguished contribution in the field of dates industry at the level of Egypt and the world.
The mid-1990s saw a period of business interest in the local market and that is why a specialized sales group was formed, and stores replaced rental departments. This strategy had its main role in the development of the group’s business to turn it into an official entity in the form of a well-known company with a capital of 2,000,000 (two million Egyptian pounds only) in the year 2000. The company’s commercial registry was issued for the first time in 1/4/2000 in the name of Al-Mutawakkil Import Company Export and distribution.
After Al-Mutawakkil Import, Export and Distribution was launched in 2000 and as a producer of dates, it was on its way to the top of success. And as soon as its first factories were launched in the New Valley, one of the most important dates cultivation dates in Egypt and the Arab world, the factory has proven that it is not only a profit-generating project but also a provider of work opportunities for the people of the valley and a contributor to the development of the Egyptian economy. To expand its operations in increasing and developing production lines until it became a producer and distributor of Al-Mutawakkil dates and nuts known by name at the level of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
