We are based in Alhuarin el Grande For cooler times we have prime braising steak,shin/leg of beef,blade,skirt ,pot roast joints and ham hocks.

A traditional butchers where the customer can choose what they would like.Chops cut the way you like them,steaks cut to the thickness you want,small or large roasting joints. We have all your bbq needs,ribs,chicken wings,drumsticks etc either plain or marinated,peppered minute steaks,minted lamb chops,or just a plain T/Bone,Sirlion,Rump or Rib-Eye not forgetting Fillet. There is a wide range of ho

memade sausages,plain pork, pork & leek,lincolnshire,sage and onion,pork with cider,pork with ginger, beef & horseradish,beef and tomatoe,plus other varieties,its best to phone or message on facebook for availability but we try to have at least four different ones to choose from at all times.We have a variety of homemade 100% beefburgers there is beef & onion,beef with stilton and chive and beef with chilli and corriander.(burgers that bite back). we dry cure our own bacon either unsmoked or smoked back and streaky also salt beef,pastrami. There is a range of cheeses including mature and extra mature cheddar ,stilton,wenslydale and cranberry all cut to the the size you want,also spreading cheese is available. Ham,turkey,ox tongue,corned beef are available on the deli side also,
We also have a range of sauces and condiments,marinades and spices. A delivery service is available for those that cant get to Alhaurin el Grande

📢 Right then… quick update 📢

We’ll be closed tomorrow — back open Saturday 👍

We tried going vegan… turns out we missed meat more than you did 😅 so it’s back to proper food this weekend. Normal service resumed,sausages are back,pies are back, and all is right with the world again 🥩

🚨 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

After many years of hard work, we’ve decided to take the business in a completely new direction…

Starting tomorrow, we will be going 100% VEGAN 🌱😳

That means:
❌ No more sausages
❌ No more pies
❌ No more meat whatsoever

Instead, we’ll be offering our brand new signature items:
🥕 Carrot “sausages”
🥔 Tofu & lentil pies
🥬 Mystery green stuff (chef’s special)

We know this may come as a shock, but we’re excited to begin this new chapter and hope you’ll support us on this journey…
