thy lifestyle. It is common sense that students do not have much money at their disposals and that students in general do not live as healthy as possible. And we to reach just this; a healthy lifestyle. With our products, which we directly buy from local suppliers, we offer an, even for students, affordable alternative to burgers, pizza and others, as we aim to make our customers´ life healthier and happier. Healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle lead to happiness and a better life. Our international founder group consists of four driven and ambitious ERASMUS Students. We perfectly fit together on the professional and personal level and see us as a team, fighting the same enemy: fast food as a way to save time and money. We gained several experiences in our studies, as well as in practical insights in established companies as well as in founding our own startups. We are hungry to tackle new challenges to inspire our customers with the outcomes of our inner company synergy by getting things done efficiently. We proved our ability to work hard to achieve the best possible outcome and again, we are willing to put work, sweat and blood into “the Healthy Food Truck” as we believe in its power to change the status quo and make the world a healthier place. Our passion for healthy food and qualitative cooking enables us to also support our cook in the kitchen. This way, we care not only about the business as a business, but we also make sure to be as close to our product as possible. Furthermore, to remain a close contact with suppliers and cooperating companies and institutes, the founder team rotates with its responsibilities and tasks, so that every member knows every part of our enterprise. This also enables us to take a look at our startup from multiple perspectives to discover and improve possible weaknesses. Our locations will be in and around Madrid at universities in the launching phase. After establishing our company and earning first revenues, we want to expand our business to also offer our products at Street-Food-Festivals to gain additional customers, who then again can spread the word about our revolutionary approach to make a healthy lifestyle fast and affordable for everyone. Referring to marketing, we put a lot of thoughts into our strategic marketing channels and potential points of sale. To keep the marketing costs as low as possible, we are going for advertising channels in form of social media, and word-of-mouth marketing via satisfied customers and food and travel bloggers. The Healthy Food Truck is more than just a restaurant on wheels. It is the chance to change the life and offers a revolutionary approach to improve our customer´s life in terms of health and happiness. As we worked in the past to gain experiences and to earn money, the 100.000€, we approximately need to found this business properly, will be spent by the founding members. We also have the financial support of our families, who strongly believe in us and in the potential of our business idea of The Healthy Food Truck. Additionally, we are willing to take up a loan to by financial institutes to guarantee that money will not be the limiting factor in the phase of establishing our business. The founding members are aware of the challenging financial position of a startup. To minimize the risks, we attached a comprehensive risk analysis to our business plan. To found our business as a “Sociedad de Responsibilidad Limitada”, we need a minimum of 3.006€ and our responsibilities are limited to the company reserves only. Referring to taxes, we have to pay for “Impuesto de Sociales”, the betterment levy and the turnover tax. The Healthy Food Truck S.L. serves the customer needs of a promising fitness and healthy lifestyle trend, which can easily be seen in nowadays´ societies. The market is still in the beginning and offers the potential of growth and even bigger future markets for our products. The Health Food Truck aims to improves people´s life by healthy and affordable food.
