The Paella is Known as one of our best spanish food dishes ... there are so many different ways to make an authentic paella from Spain it only depends on the Spanish town where paella is made.I will offer you my favorite Spanish paella recipe….
Paella Valenciana Ingredients:
½ chicken, ½ rabbit, ¼ green beans, ¼ large white beans, ½ kg of pre baked snails, ½ cup of peas, 1 red pepper, 1 bared tomato, 1 paprika teaspoon, 1 garlic 300 g rice, Olive Oil and Saffron
First of all place the garlic and a little bit of oil which should cover the entire bottom of the pan. Then add the bared tomato and fry all together. After this you should add chicken and rabbit and fry. Then beans and peas are added and the whole is stirred with a wooden spoon. Then snails and paprika. At this moment we place the water (water must be twice in volume than rice), add salt and saffron, low heat for about 15 minutes and when starts boiling add rice. Leave on at medium heat for 20 minutes. Finally decorate your Valencian Paella by placing over red pepper strips. Wait 10 minutes before serving and enjoy the good taste of Spanish paella .....Spanish dishes taste marvellows !!!!!
