About Us
Welcome to LA ESQUINA VERDE. We are Belinda and Manolo. Belinda used to live in Dublin for 7 years before coming to Mallorca and Manolo, a born and bred Mallorquin from Inca used to live in London for 13 years. We met in Barcelona and have been in a long distance relationship ever since. We knew we wanted to be together, so at first Belinda started looking for jobs in London but we quickly came to the decision that we were looking for quality of life, being able to spend quality time together, and most of all sun and sea! So here we are!
So why a smoothie shop?
We believe that drinking a smoothie everyday is the easiest and tastiest way to do something good for your body and be healthy. All the nutrients in a smoothie give your body daily energy. Being healthy can be very time consuming and a simple smoothie is a quick solution. We have both improved our health and wellbeing immensely just by adding smoothies to our daily routine, so we believe you can do too. We would like to show you that healthy is also tasty but it takes high nutrient volume to have energy and feel good.
