Dave's lamb or pig roast caters for every occasion whether your party is large or small. A lamb roast will cater for 25 people while a pig roast can feed up to 275 people. You choose the venue and we will transport and cook for you on site while you and your guests can savour the wonderful aromas. At the end of the evening any remaining meat is left for you to enjoy at your leisure. A lamb will ta

ke up to 3 hours to cook and a pig will take up to 6 hours. This slow cooking process makes the meat succulent and delicious. We supply apple sauce and (if required) bread rolls, plates, napkins and stuffing.
