Brie de Meaux 🇨🇵 White mold cheese "brie" from the true mold cheese areas of France... Made from raw milk... Only for born cheese lovers or professional tasters (?)... Needs patience, time and love before enjoyment...

On of the oldest molded cheeses (historically)... Possibly the queen of them all? 👸🧀

Besvikelsen var stor... Ost-Ola var inte på plats... Å då hade jag dagen till ära på min ostmössa 🤥

En snabb visit vid vid Stockholms Hötorgshall... Barndomsminnen då tanten själv bodde i Stockholm som liten ❤️
