I started baking cakes in 2010, I started baking as a hobby and for my children's birthday parties. I am pretty much self taught and love experimenting with new designs and techniques. I have been asked by friends and family to create cakes for a variety of special occasions. I have made cakes and cupcakes for adult birthdays, anniversaries, children's parties and product launches. Having successf

ully completed a Professional Diploma course in cake decorating and sugarcraft, I am now offering my services professionally. I hold a Food Standards Agency Hygiene Rating from St Albans City and District Council. I love creating bespoke cakes and am happy to tailor a cake to suit your designs, colours and theme for your event.
