After the success of the buttery workshops we are looking to run a series of events the next one being "Fillet, Cook It, Eat It*๐Ÿ‘

After the Buttery Masterclasses in Huntly on the 20th June, our next event will take place on the 27th June 2025 from 11:30am. We will meet at Granite City Fish where we will see a demonstration of the amazing filleting skills with a variety of fish and there will be an opportuniy to purchase fish. We will collect the fish for the cookery class and then it is then just a short hop to the CFINE kitchen where chef Lesley Gillespie will guide you through the filleting and preparation of the fish dish.

Everyone will then be able to sit down and enjoy their dish with a glass of โ€œShrubโ€ from Udny Provender followed by a seasonal dessert and tea/coffee.
