This week we welcomed award winning premier Nottinghamshire pig farmers Des and Fred Allen to visit our sites to see how their high welfare pork is skilfully butchered into prime cuts and where fantastic sausage, pork burgers and pork pies are produced.
It’s the care and tireless work from producers like Allen Farms that are the start of a prestige supply chain for Quality Food. 💪
