Lauie helped us at the children’s countryside day today at the Glendale show ground. Giving children from many schools all over Northumberland an important insight into where their food comes from and how it gets on the shelves. Great gig this and very rewarding. The guys that make it happen do a brilliant job.

We’re bringing together over 30 beers and ciders for this year’s Alnwick RFC Spring Festival, featuring a range of local breweries and favourites.

Whether you’re into crisp ciders, classic ales or something new, there’ll be plenty to try across the weekend. Wine, spirits and soft drinks will also be available from the clubhouse bar.

There is a bit more to it other than the daily egg collection. Growing the crops plays an enormous part in our system. Sustainability is key and being self sufficient is important to the way we produce the best eggs.
