Garside Butchers We are a small traditional family run Butchers in the heart of the Lake District. we source most of our produce from Cumbria. We dry age all our Beef and Lamb.

We make a variety of different sausages and dry cure our own bacon.

Have we started making cakes?

No, this is the stock that goes into our steak pies.

We roast and then slow cook our Lyth Valley beef bones for 8 hours to get all that goodness. No wonder you all enjoy our pies so much.

If you've not tried them yet pop in, we sell them cooked and uncooked, a quick easy tea.

Open till 12:30 today. Off to the panto in Grasmere, so get in quick we've all these tasty delights to sell.

We did it.

We are now officially open.

Thank you everyone. Shout out to Cook and Lakin, Chris Wear and team, William Sutherland ,all the family, our lovely customers and most of all, Seb and Sam.

But most of all thank you to the best electrical engineer, Lakin Electrical.

Three Jolly butcher's, prepping themselves for moving their shop before the Christmas madness...

We realise this coincides with the last week of taking Christmas turkey orders.

However, we are still taking orders.

We will be at the old shop/or near by from Tuesday 2nd till Friday the 5th of December to take orders.

As you can understand we are very short on time, so the door will be open at the old shop to only take Christmas/ New year orders. No back door sales this week!
