Peterley Bank Holiday weekend market

We are at Cooper’s Market at Peterley Manor Farm for the bank holiday weekend with a cheese stall AND a wine stall. So pop along for some great cheese and wine

Meanwhile back at the shop we have a bank holiday bin ends wine sale with 25% off on wine stock we need to clear ahead of new autumn arrivals.

As Dolly said “if you want the rainbow you have to put up with the rain” and great cheese and wine is certainly worth a queue in a bit of much needed rain

Advance notice shop closure on Thursday

Out lovely, little, listed apothecary building wasn’t built for hot, hot temperatures so we will be closing early today/Wednesday and closed all day Thursday to give the counters the best chance of keeping the cheese cool.

Open again on Friday at 11am for all your cheese and wine needs and thank you for your understanding

Delighted to announce that our delicious Chiltern Chutney has won an award in the Great Taste 2026 awards.

Huge thanks and congratulations to the wonderful Nicky at Violet’s Orchard who makes all our Gershon & Sons x Violet’s Orchard chutneys, confits, jams and marmalades. She is an absolute five stars in our book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A wee award feels very special for a product which was just an idea less than 2 years ago so we are all feeling very chuffed 🥂

Tickets for our summer cheese & wine tasting on Friday 12 June starting at 7pm, are now on sale.

Delicious rosés, chilled whites and light reds crying out for a BBQ will be paired with a stunning selection of summer cheeses.

Today we are springing up at Cooper’s Market Spring on the Farm at Peterley Manor Farm, Prestwood with both a delicious cheese stall and a wonderful wine stall. Pop along and see Michele, Poppy and Vincent.
