I tried 2 for £15 at the market this weekend and they absolutely flew out so I thought I’d bring the same offer online for anyone who didn’t get a chance to grab some.

I’ve got a little of my Slow Roasted Garlic Sauerkraut left from this batch. One pouch is usually £8.50, but buy two and they’re £15 and the discount is automatically applied on our website.

This one feels particularly special to me. It’s made with organic, British-grown cabbage, alongside slow roasted garlic, I don’t import veggies to make my ferments as this little business supports growers, producers and other businesses right here in the UK 🇬🇧🌱

And I think I might have really cracked the fermentation method with this one.

It’s a low and slow ferment, giving it a really mild flavour with very little of that sharp sauerkraut tang. It’s a little garlicky, crunchy and incredibly easy to eat, especially if you’re new to fermented foods.
