Y Cwt Mwg is a family run smokery based on the Isle of Anglesey. We traditionally kiln-smoke our products using oak and other hardwoods. We are passionate about the quality and taste of our Welsh smoked produce. We use locally sourced fish when possible including Anglesey Trout and a range of local meats. We are passionate about sourcing sustainable fish and do not use artificial colourings, flavo

urings or preservatives. We have the facilities to cold and hot smoked a wide range of products. We can send products by mail order and next day delivery all across the UK. For larger customers we can supply wholesale and we also provide contract smoking services to add value to your products. You can call in at our smokehouse in Dulas on Anglesey where you can purchase our products, we stock a range of products from fish to meats such as bacon, sausages, chicken and duck and a range of cheeses and dried goods.

10 days to go! We're back at Penderyn Distillery, Lloyd Street, Llandudno with the Food and Craft Fayre from 10 - 4. Over the next 10 days, we'll be highlighting the wonderful local North Wales based creators and producers we have attending. There are some exciting new stalls to tell you about a well as those returning again. Keep your eyes peeled 😎as you don't want to miss this one!
